It's funny everyone wants to smack that girl, haha. I myself wouldn't mind a good minute alone with her in a dark alley Watching episode 8 made me realize how angry I could get, hahahahaha. I hate people who pick on others like that for no reason, even if it's just a drama!!
That girl better watch out, her career might be stained by such an evil character, hahaha!!!
yeah, just like bando, the bandit , ok don't want to be mean, cause she is a naughty girl that is just confused and actually wants to be a good girl.

nobuta will get even more hurt if it continues on with her thinking that aoi is her friend!!!! but then if shuji tells nobuta its so bad too because if hes not believed- which i think he would be because of how epi8 ended... but then at the same time... who knows?- then it could ruin so many things... and since that aoi character has all that blackmail on them... argh omg what a freaking stalker, she has serious serious issues. i hate when people pretend to be friends w/people just so that they can tear their lives apart. i'd much rather someone be a complete and utter biatch, like bando. at least she's not fake.

when Shuji asked her whether she could just leave Nobuta alone, she said she wanted to get close to her more and then tell her the truth to make Nobuta commit suicide....she even said Nobuta & Akira are Shuji's weaknesses....and when Shuji was upset and throwing a stone at the birds, she filmed it saying she wanna show the video, saying that Shuji is a mean person..she even said she has a whole collection of them
I don't even hate Bando like that...this girl is a sneaky hypocrite...yah wait till we get our hands on her ...then she'll know the meaning of twisted *evil laughter*

yeah, i guess this aoi chix makes bando not so bad. Aoi is just plain wicked. But i have to admit, it makes more drama, and brings on suspense, hopefully Shuji can open a can of whoop a**.

Wow, ep. 8 was very, very good. One thing I love about this drama is no matter how gloomy and intense it gets there are still little elements to bring a smile to your face like "AKIRA SHOCK!" or last episodes "AKIRA DOWN!"
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:
And i have to say, after seeing Mariko and Akira eat together, I'm kinda liking the idea of them getting together. He's soooo enthusiastic and really appreciates the stuff she cooks. She looked really happy about someone liking her food. But yeah, I dont' think she's given up on Shuji yet, or that Akira's over Nobuta but I dunno, if that pairing happens to come about somehow, i wouldn't be upset. Shuji's growing up, and I'm really starting to respect him.
Aoi- is just twisted, why doesn't she get a normal hobby instead of devoting her time and effort to ruin people's lives- not just Nobuta's but Shuji's too. Notice how all the things came from a project about Shuji...like hurting Nobuta is only fun for her because it hurts Shuji. I think Aoi may be obsessed with Shuji (hence the stalking and filming) and when she discovers that he's doting all this attention on and spending time with an "unworthy" girl like Nobuta she got jealous and thus vowed to destroy Nobuta...

i LOOOOVE those parts hahaha akira shock... omg so even in such a solemn and grave episode, theres still cute and lil funny parts to it.. which is really good.. guess akira is good for comic relief but also because hes such a good friend..

i wouldnt be disappointed at all if mariko and akira were to end up together.. that would be so cute ithink hahaha, but as it is neither of them has gotten over the person they've liked... so who knows.. but maybe in time.. cuz i know i def can see shuji with nobuta.. hehe.. kicking that stupid aoi's face to the ground ... really creepy.. as if ur ever gonna win him over doing horrible things like that.. or maybe because she knows she cant win him over she decides to destroy everything about his life... she has serious issues...
Hi! I'm new here and I just wanted to give some of my input on this Aoi issue.

I think your speculation of Aoi makes sense since this is a Japanese story and it definitely sounds like something that would come from a manga. ^^;; But while I was watching, this was what I was thinking:
Click on button to reveal/hide spoiler:
With all the things that Aoi's been doing, it's been changing people, right? Like she said herself before, her reason for doing this was like Shuji's, she wanted to change people while hiding in the shadows because it was fun. So in a way, Aoi is playing God and she's having fun with it. She sees how the things she does can affect people at a great degree. Even now that she's drunk with this new power, she wants more. To get Nobuta to commit suicide would be the ultimate control over Nobuta.
So I'm thinking of two options. One: like Shuji at the beginning of the series, Aoi sees this as a game and she wants to see how much control she can get over Nobuta, committing suicide being the ultimate control (of course the difference is that Shuji's intentions were never to have control over Nobuta). Or two: Aoi, discovering this new power, becomes obsessed with playing God and again, if she could get Nobuta to committ suicide, she would feel even more powerful. Pretty sick, isn't it?
On a more happier note, that scene where Akira and Shuji are talking alone on the stairs, and Shuji asks Akira if he will believe him no matter what? Was anyone else touched by that scene? I seriously was. Especially when Akira basically declares his complete friendship to Shuji, that really made me smile. Akira is such a great character. All the things he does for Nobuta and Shuji, they really make your heart feel all fuzzy and warm. ^_____^

welcome to the nobuta thread, i think this show is really awesome!, i'm like one of the only fanboys on this thread, but who cares right?, this is where we can talk about Nobuta and why it is so good.
like i said before, i really enjoy the character development of the characters, for Nobuta, Akira, and especially one of the main characters, Shuji as he discovers about himself more. But i think Akira, he adds that wacky humor dimension to the drama. This drama does have those near teary eyed moments, and depicts true friendship.
