hardsub is when the subtitle is encoded in the video
softsub is when you have two files.. a video file and a sub file

my frieng told me to use photoshop.. but i do not have.. erm do anyone know..? is there any erika official forum anot..? i cant find..

You want to learn how to make signatures without photoshop? There are other programs available, but I don't use them. You can get Photoshop, just see the Ishihara Satomi thread for information...

Download VLC player. Just do a google search and it'll come up. It's really good when it comes to playing tricky vids.

And... I'm not if an official site exists...
