I believe it will return whenever their month period is over... If you go to your account options, it shows you your monthly bandwidth and I wouldn't doubt you've gone over it hehe. What you can do is create another account!

i love maki... so kawaii...\ \ i love her in Nobuta wo Produce, Kurosagi and Hana Kimi... she's a really great actress... deserves to have an award... hope to see her with Yamapi in another jdrama or movie hahahha!!!
