Glenn Ford
He was 90 years old.

The guy made so many great movies, and he did everything from cowboy movies, to comedies, to gangster movies, to... well, just about everything.

90 years old. That's a good run. _________________ Manga is to Literature

Aww, how sad! He was so young. Here's an article talking about his death: http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/TV/09/04/australia.irwin/index.html

Arthur Hill died this week after a long bout with Alzeheimer's Disease.

If the name isn't that familiar to you, it's probably because the guy was 84 and hadn't acted since the early 1990s.

But man... from the early 1950s to the 1990s, this actor was a standard fixture on American TV.

He won the Tony award as best actor in 1963 for his Broadway performance in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf".

He was the star of the 1971 Sci Fi classic, "The Andromeda Strain".

He had his own series in the early 70's "Owen Marshall: Attorney at Law".

And he was either a featured player or guest star on every other TV show for over 40 years.

He was something... and I'm sorry to hear that he had such a rough time before he died. _________________ Manga is to Literature

 Yes.

I always associate him with that movie.
