Hard to really say if that's a sack dress or not, since it appears that the waist is taken in rather than free-flowing which is typical of her sack dresses...

That would be a fair assessment.

Getting back to the above black dress, the top is much more flattering (soft v-neckline, loose, natural folds in the material) to her than the silver job (mock turtleneck, snug like a vest) from the previous page...
