So it's winter, right?
How are you, everyone?
I'm late to ask, but did you enjoy Christmas?
I've enjoyed it while cooking with friends.
When I went on location for Danshi Gohan {Men's Dinner}, Kō Kentetsu-san and Kokubun Taichi-san taught me how to make grilled chicken, so I challenged myself.
The anticipation while waiting for the oven, and the smells that make your happy mood and expectations swell make me want to make something with the oven again.
The New Year's holidays are next, and it'll be 2014 before I know it, but please let me spend all these wonderful moments that one can only spend now (*^_^*) I want to do my best next year energetically and positively! (^_^)v
Have a good New Year, everyone!
Make holes on the outside with a fork. On the inside, thyme, rosemary, butter, lemon juice. On the outside, salt, pepper, olive oil (*^_^*) Set the oven to 180C for one hour. Halfway at 30 minutes, add honey.^_^
{chicken and stuff - before}
A grilled chicken, crispy and aromatic thanks to the olive oil and honey, and the Jonathan apple is crumbled {?} for the sauce (^^) Squeeze a lemon and eat!!
{chicken and stuff - after}
Lamb covered with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary baked till well-done, and then placed in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C.(^_^)v

The tree didn't get snow on it yet. Salads. Dressing made from anchovy sauce, lemon, black pepper and olive oil. Brown mushrooms baked in the oven. 15-20 minutes at 200C. The umbrellas {?} put against it caught a surprising amount of mushroom extract! That was just delicious!! (^_|)|

Most food is to me is like petrol is to a car, and although my fave enjoys eating, she can only boil water, which means that this is the first recipe-like text I translated. So before you fire up your oven...
