It actually meant something like 'at one's pleasure/leisure'. However in this case I think it was a musical reference. 'A piacere' means 'at the performer's pleasure' which, in short, is ad-lib.

that segment was truly mouthwatering...i haven't seen a smapxsmap episode in a long time...the guests seemed equally enthusiastic about the food.... that broiled fish with maldon sea salt and the tonkotsu broth tsukemen was to die for.... i actually watched the segment without subs so i was surprised how much i understood despite my rusty language skills.

I've flipped through Ms. Ueno's latest photo book, 'A Piacere', and the style of the photography is exactly as the title implied - very casual, very leisurely. I've said in the past that much as I adore Ms. Ueno, she really isn't gravure material. Either she or her image consultant has come to the same conclusion, and in 'A Piacere' there is not a swim suite in sight, even though a few photos were taken at the seaside. Ms. Ueno's poses were very natural and spontaneous, although one of them reminded me of her role as Shimojyo Ryoko in "Tsubasa no Oreta Tenshitachi". If you are looking to see a bit of flesh I'd say spend it on someone else's photo book. This is is definitely for hard-core Ueno fans.

This was just an allegation. There was no confirmation, not even a sighting report from the tabloids.
