Still no new update on her new drama, first announcement of it was reported on 8/31, these were the details for it:
Deka Wanko
Date: From 9.00 p.m., Tuesdays, January 2011
Station: Fuji TV
Cast: Kitagawa Keiko, Aragaki Yui, Kiritani Mirei, Mizobata Junpei
It's based upon a fairly popular manga which is supoosed to be fairly funny, we'll probably be hearing more once the actual air date gets closer. _________________

I wonder if Gakky or Kitagawa will have the bigger role? Maybe it will be equal. Remember they were 2 and 3 on the eligible bride list. I really think Gakky needs to be in dramas as the only significant actress. I guess I could say the same for Kitagawa as well. Let's hope it's a good one.

Judging by what the drama will be about, would think Keiko would have the lead role, supposed to be a bit zany and she proved in Mop Girl she's more than capable of doing that kind of role. Quite easy to have 2+ leads in a series, look at Gakky and all the other stars that were in Code Blue. _________________

Oh Noes!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this already confirmed or just a rumor?
My hope for Code Blue season 3 is already gone for next season
Well, good for her...a comedy with Junpei Mizobata would be really cool!!!! he's really funny in BOSS and Buzzer Beat.
Anyways, back to Gakky, does anyone of you know where to get the subbed previews for Hanamizuki? It's really surprising that Tomalicious didn't sub any promo for that movie.

Probably 99.8% confirmed, let you know when more details are announced. Trailer of Hanamizuki...done.

Quiet here again as of late, not much new news really to report, in between Hanamizuki and the new drama. So how about a few pics with one of Gakky's favorite things...an umbrella?
Yeah, make Totty stand out in the rain. _________________

Er, no new Gakky news to report, hope the drama will be starting in January, looks like Keiko will also be in another drama starting around the same time, don't know what's going on. Oh well, nothing wrong with having some old, yet new pics, here's some mag scans from MBMH. _________________

Sigh, no I haven't seen Smile, only thing I've never watched with her in it. Looks like it's supposed to be sad and the wrong people get hurt, watching those kind of dramas depress me too much.
Pprobably break down some day, can only watch everything by her over and over and over and over.... Anyone else not seen it? _________________

Just saw this video and it makes me like Gakky even more especially when she shows a little emotion at the end. Another loveable moment with Gakky is when she's holding the little boy (in between baby and toddler age) in the NTT CM.

I can't believe this, you haven't seen SMILE yet?
It's a bit depressing but Hana-chan's smile will definitely make you smile

Okay, okay, have no fear because hitomi will be watching it soon, after all, not like Ema smiles all that much in SH15.
Don't get mad Ema, will stay and watch it.
But hitomi does like the Gakky dramas where's she's happy and smiles...anyone else? _________________

Little bit of new Gakky news, from TokyoGraph 10/26:
Actress Yui Aragaki (22) has announced that she will hold a special 2-day overnight fan club event called "Aragaki Yui to Mahiru no Hoshi wo Miyou" ("Let's Stargaze at Daytime with Yui Aragaki"). The unique tour-like event will take place on November 27-28 at Lake Shirakaba in the Nagano prefecture.
As the name suggests, the event will include a daytime stargazing activity with Aragaki on the second day, but there are several other activities planned leading up to it, such as a documentary screening, a quiz competition, a "Yui Aragaki museum" featuring special goods, a talk event, and a group picture.
As Aragaki says on the event's website, "It seems that daytime stars are not something you can see very easily. So that day, you may be able to see them, or maybe not, but first of all, I would like it to be an opportunity for all of you and me to gather and meet."
Plus here's another pic from her 2011 calendar. _________________
