Today, Fuji TV held a press conference with the cast of their upcoming �eGetsu 9�� drama �gZenkai Girl�g, starring Aragaki Yui and Nishikido Ryo.
�gZenkai Girl�h is going provide a lot of new challenges for Aragaki, since it�fll be her first starring role in a drama, her first role as a lawyer, and her first romantic comedy.
In the drama, she portrays a very strong career woman called �eAyukawa Wakaba�f, who aims to become one of the best international lawyers with an annual income of no less than 10 billion Yen (over 120 million USD). Aragaki commented, �gThere aren�ft really any similarities to my own character, so it�fs difficult to play this role, but I�fm starting to change into her character. I will work hard and step on the gas in order to grow as a person together with Wakaba.�h
There�fs also a day-dream scene where she wears a wedding dress. �gIt made me somewhat happy that I was able to wear a proper wedding dress for work for the first time. We took a lot of pictures as mementos,�h she said.
Aragaki also revealed that her ideal type is a fun person you can never get tired of; in the drama, her love interest �eYamada Sota�f (Nishikido) is a man without education, without money, and without future prospects. Reflecting on that type of man, Aragaki mused, �gLacking some knowledge is fine. Having at least a little bit of money probably helps to live a happy life, but it shouldn�ft be a problem even if you have less money than others. And about future prospects�c if you really enjoy being together, I don�ft think you can be a person without any future prospects, therefore that shouldn�ft be a problem either, right!?�h

�gZenkai Girl�h begins with a modest rating of 14.6%
Fuji TV�fs �eGetsu 9�� drama �gZenkai Girl�g, starring Aragaki Yui and Nishikido Ryo, aired its first episode yesterday and reached an average rating of 14.6%.
The first episode was extended by 15 minutes and featured the lawyer �eAyukawa Wakaba�e (Aragaki), who hates children, having to take care of the daughter of her boss. Reluctantly, she even ends up bringing the girl to a kindergarten where she happens to meet the �eikemen�f �eYamada Sota�e (Nishikido), triggering a unique romantic comedy that has not been seen in a �eGetsu 9�� drama yet.
Last season�fs �gShiawase ni Narou yo�h had a better start than �gZenkai Girl�h and when looking at it as a �eGetsu 9�� drama, you inevitably have to recognize its initial viewer rating as a pretty weak start for Fuji TV.
However, the reaction of viewers have mainly been positive so far. Many were satisfied with Aragaki�fs first drama starring role and enjoyed the tempo of the first episode. They also liked the comedy and the lovable characters. One viewer even was surprised by that last scene – we don�ft want to spoiler it here – and is already looking forward to the next episode.

Hello Hitomi, it's been awhile
Gonna try to hold off until it's at least 1/2 over, like to watch all of the episodes in a row, hate waiting a week and being held in suspense, hope it doesn't get her too mad.

Seriously, why??!! I am so sad when I saw that rating. I don't know the reason about this drop. The drama is very enjoyable. I watched episode 1 with sub and episode 2 raw, and both are really enjoyable to watch. I hope it picks up its ratings..

I was planning to do that at the beginning, but I just couldn't do it. Now, I have to wait a week to watch a new episode

I decided to watch it straight from the beginnig. Yeah there's the disadvantage of having to wait a whole week for the next episode to come but it's not any different then waiting every week for your favorite sitcom to air on TV. Besides, there's still plenty of other stuff to watch within a week's time. _________________

Luckily never watch any shows from the U.S.A., have patience to wait it out and then have a marathon, seem to enjoy it more that way, did that for Shibuya 15, first viewing was a straight watch. _________________
