Iryu - It wasn't my first Japanese drama, but it's definitely the one that got me interested in watching more Japanese series.

I was searching for bittorrnt anime files and I found one that was called Shota No Shushi, I downloaded it and I was blown-away when I watched it.
I had no idea such things existed or what I was getting into. I quickly searched and found the wonderful world of Jdramas and I have been hooked ever since. Call it a happy accident or fate, I'm just glad I found them and a shout out to all the great people and hard work that make it all happen.

GOKUSEN!!! Bow The BEST Jdrama in my opinion. Nothing can beat its special place in my heart. It really captivated a lot of the Filipinos, especially ME! Naughty I just can't get enough of it! Gokusen 2 will be aired starting on MOnday too... Looking f0rward to that... Bonk can't wait to see my beloved Mocomichi! Muack

Well, if BLEACH gets to have a live action... I'd have to eat everything I've just said... err... typed... harhar... I love BLEACH! Victory! Peace!

Although Sakura held my attention, it was Churasan with the incomparable performance by the gorgeous Kuninaka Ryoko that swept me head over heels into the Japanese drama world....
Nothing will ever compare to the humor, heartwarming, charming chemistry of the entire rooming house cast that made this the top rated asadora of all time. In love Jumpie Applaud

GTO was my first drama. It's not the best one I've seen, but it made me realize that Japan is the country for great dramas (British dramas are horrible).

the first J-Dorama I watched was a really, really, really old one, Oshin, I watched it about 10-15 years ago, it was really famous in my country back then, it was so famous that the world "oshin" became a slang until now.

then an old one Asuka.

but I really started on J-Dorama about 2 years ago with live actions like GTO or H2 because I liked the manga.

Got hooked ever since Bonk
