no need to blame the actor/actress if the movie is suck blame it on the plot, script writer, director, producer

I think for shows like "Lunch no Joou", you need to have a relative understanding of Japanese culture involving food. The Japanese are super obsessed with eating "good food", so.. uh.. yeah, you just need to really understand that in order to understand the drama. I guess I could understand why people could dislike Hero and Good Luck (I liked both of them personally), but... Long Vacation? I think Long Vacation is possibly the best jdramas I've ever seen! Oh -- my input for the bad drama list? SOS! Talk about boring! I watched until episode 6 and then I got seriously sick of watching it and threw the vcd set in the garbage. Two other dramas I didn't care for were "Pride" and "Fireboys". I watched the first 3 episodes before deciding I hated them and stopped watching.

yeah...sO far sO gOod...cOnsidering all the dramas i have watcHed, SOS is really the worst.. i watcHed tiLL diSc 6 and then stOpped watching. it's boring tO me........but mY sister actually cOntinued watching! and mind tHis, sHe's so not a j-drama fanS and she said the show was niCe! eH!?! haha...dun understand that even tiLL now..it's been 3 and a haLf years since i bOught that boxset and i STILL HAVEN'T finish watching the remaining 2 discs! ahha...dOn't reaLLy have the interest tO touch that boxset ever again......=P

In my opinion... Gokusen...soooo bad...I thought I could withstand cheesiness fairly well, but I guess I was wrong... Antique...what is the point of the story? I still don't get it... Long Vacation...ehh, just not my cup of tea Tokyo Love Story...I admit that it's probably 'cause it's so old that I can't stand looking at what they're wearing that I reeeeally don't like this dorama Yamato Nadeshiko...also the scary cheesiness factor My little chef...only watch a couple of episodes, so I may not be the best to judge, but I got really sick of seeing Yada Akiko smelling the food then smiling and other people gawking at the delicious-ness of the food Others that were not too great but still kind of okay are: Itsumo futari de (real draggy toward the end), Itazura na kiss (funny at first but got sick of the humor), Lunch no joou (had a really weird twist, and I really can't stand people trying to pretend like they like the food), Pride (had a few memorable moments but mostly ehhh kind of plot), Love generation (I don't know...I just don't like it that much...) _________________ Shizu

Wow Jean, a lot of your dislikes (ie. Gokusen, Long Vacation, and Antique) are some of my favorites. =) Hehe. Anyway, the drama that I don't like is: SOS It was just too weird, I didn't like the characters that much and the plot was just very loosely written. Actually, it was only the two main characters that I had problems with - Takizawa Hideaki/Fukada Kyoko. Now usually I love Takizawa Hideaki in dramas, but this one just didn't do it for me. I ended up liking the side characters much more - Rina Uchiyama and K.Yobusuke. _________________ Donna

In my opinion , ( not so ) Perfect Love is highly recommended because of its well developed plot but the ending is kind of weird.!!! I love Yoshino Kimura in that drama. Shomuni and SOS SUX!!! ===> really just a stupid drama

Long Vacation and SOS was iffy...just cause i read reviews....but one drama I really hate is Stand Up! man..what the hell was up with that drama...that drama pissed me off so much...it wasn't going anywhere....wasted 7 blank cds! AGHHHHH
