Yea true, but I felt it was appropriate. And of course, Kurosagi had an imcomplete ending. But Lunch Queen had a brilliant ending.

Wow, I'd have to disagree then. Other than THIS drama, other YamaPi shows have had good endings.

oh, what's the reason for it being appropriate?

Well, it was the whole idea of "being there" and growing into your own skin. At the end, Nobuta became her own person, and the one who needed the aid was Shuji.

 Hm..good thinking!!
I should be more optimistic like you! But I will be happier if the three of them being together and support each other till the end! _________________

And ended up as a manage-a-trois? Two of them will inevitably pair up eventually. The fact that it was the 2 guys who did that made it uber-fruity.

Sorry to interrupt. Actually,i didn't think that the endings of Dragon zakura was that bad. i mean, somehow someone had to fail, so that they could show the fact that it todai wasnt the most important thing of all and that each and everyone of them have changed and have found a goal in their life. If everybody were to pass, or were to fail, it would have been easily expected, and people probably would be complaining about how predictable the drama is...
about nobuta, it was kind of right from the start, that the person who needed most help was akira. He is the main character anyway. Nobuta was there to bring out the fact that he wasnt really being true to himself. Yes, the ending was kind of disappointing, and that it was still quite lame all the way till the end, that Shuji actually transfered there before him... I still liked the show anyway.

But that's not what we're saying. What we're saying is that those who failed should have passed. Or at least one of them. And those that passed really shouldn't have. At least, not all of them.

I think it was Shuiji all along who need the help, not Akira. But this discussion can be continued in the NWP thread.
