Hello, to everyone! I'm Noe-chan, from Argentina, and watched this excellent live action yesterday. OMG, the plot's so good and the actors' performance is awesome, I'm still stunned! XD I will start downloading it soon, can't wait to see "The Last Name"!! And is it true there will be a third one, something like "Death or Alive" or whatever? _________________ No pain, no gain

yup. there will be a 3rd movie...it will be release next year 2008... i dont know exactly whether it will be Light's story or L's story...

I'm starting to wonder how long before Hollywood decides to make their own Death Note movie. You know it will happen. Rolls eyes it be a dumb move as usual.

Watch them throw like Kiefer Sutherland into it or something. LOL. Anyway, I just bought the first one on DVD. Can't wait till the 2nd one still! Yay on the 3rd!

hi all! i heard deathnote is really gd so.... do think i should watch the anime ver first or the movie ver first? wats the difference between the two plot wise?

good question.

Haven't watched the anime nor read the manga.
If it was me, I skip the anime and move right into the manga since thats everything original. Plus I heard from my cousin that the manga is really good.

any info.. where we could download the 2nd movie in the net now? cause im searching it (with blood) LOL.. still i cant find it.. and about the movie and anime... seems like the manga and movie seems more popular than the anime.. so i rather stick in the movie... and.. Tatsuya Fujiwara really rocks _________________

I find some of the stuff in this movie kinda interesting, such as the name Light and L being used.

If they used "Dark" for the other character, that would've been too weird Shake Head

the L guy..actually is my first time seeing him in a movie or mainly an actor.. but i think he portrays his character nice.... yup it is Tatsuya Fujiwara (Battle Royale, Battle Royale 2)

hi all i have watched epi1-12 of the anime n iam half way through the movie. Light in the two version seems different n some scenes were different as well. So far i prefer the anime. If you like deathnote n hav time then thers no harm to watch the anime version as well. Tell me wat u think?

the anime is much better than the movie.
