Hi all!! Im new to this thread and I am currently watching Death Note (second part). I did like how they made Rem and Ryuk look like they did from the anime yet the way they were superimposed into the movie looked too fake. Also where did the girl from the detective group come from. I havent read the manga but in the anime they didnt have a chick working with L and chief Yagami _________________

LOL I really am not on either side....maybe Ryuk side.....I sort of agree with Light on how I feel like some criminals get away but then again I agree with L on the fact that the way Light was handling it was wrong too...i mean one thing that is not mentioned is the fact that what if someone is wrongly accused and Light would kill them....then its even more wrong...yet Ryuk was just having fun manipulating the humans....kinda funny _________________

First of all let me apologize as I had to post this in this thread (wasn't able to find an anime death note on Jdorama hehe)
Ok so on to the question.
While I have watched the Death Note movie and the full anime series.
My Japanese friend wants to start watching this series but I want to find the RAW (Japanese) files instead of the sub video files I used(hardsubbed).
Would anyone know where I could download the raw files in some sort of batch file, from episode 1 and on? (torrents or direct links are fine)

Edit: I just found some files (torrents) which aparrently might be what I'm looking for. They are ISO (image files) therefore, I will have to download the whole thing first to see if I got the right thing. _________________

is it true that here's already a deathnote 3???? they say it has something to do wih an eraser... uhm, that every name the user erases, he/she comes back to life......... is it true?? if so, then what's deathnote 2?? well if it's true, i think it'll be an interesting story...again!!!

Don't know about a 3rd movie already but as to the whole eraser thing, that would be killing the series... The series ended alright (not as I wanted but one has to deal with it). There have been polls on this before and the whole eraser deal would defeat the purpose and original idea behind death note. Most manga and anime series (good ones that is) never stretch for that long, and death note passed that 20 something episode marker to reach 37 episodes. I believe if anything else comes after it, is just going to destroy the series.

If they end up doing the whole eraser deal, I want to see some serious can-o-whoop-@ss from Raito. I'm still a bit mad at the way he went down in the series, and I would love to see some revenge from his side. Someone reviving raito and L again could be quite interesting but only if totally done right, if not they going to kill the series. After L died the series went down a bit (mello and near were never a replacement to L in my opinion, and the whole thing seemed a bit girlish and childish)
