hmm, woke up real early today so i decided to post. Here's my other desktop but still with the same wallpaper. Just used a different WB skin. It depends on what program you have running in the background. Those programs I have running don't take up much resource I think, at least I don't notice any signficant slowdown. And my comp is only running on a Celeron466 cpu. Amount of ram is more important in this case. I have 384mb now so it's okay.

It doesn't take up CPU usage, only RAM and if he has at least 256MB - 512MB (depends on what he runs on his comp) it should be fine.

The actual CPU usage by the programs he has running in the system tray (I recognize all but 3) shouldn't take more than a continous 3-5% with the occasional spike.

Edit: Damn beat me by a minute. :p
