Same here! My sleeping schedule is very sensitive and gets easily messed up. So sometimes I'm nocturnal, unintentionally. Plus, I sleep REALLY hard...I'm not woken up easily. Beaten So, if I have to be up at the buttcrack of dawn for some reason, I'm very likely to take a nap in the afternoon and just stay up. My sleeping schedule goes back on track either from staying up long until a more normal bedtime or taking a sleeping pill to make me sleep at a normal time. Sweat
