yo there jackiechen007~~! i bet they will if the respond for this mini concert is satisfying... i wish they'll perform somewhere near my place.. sighzzzzz
Ahhh...yes, I just found out yesterday about Laruku being musical guests for the Otakon anime convention in Baltimore. I think they are trying to promote their Clicked Singles Best 13 album in the U.S. and I hope it does well, though I'm a cynic when it comes to Asian music trying to make a splash in America's music industry (sigh)
And being a nut, I quickly bought the Otakon ticket online ($55 per person) b/c the sole reason I'm busting SOOO much money to fly up there is to attend Laruku's concert!! I'm going to be one broke, BUT elated person after my summer ends
Hmmm..anybody else going to Otakon? It's my first time going there and I'm kind of anxious b/c I'll be traveling alone and I've never been to Baltimore before....Geez, the crazy things I do for Laruku!

AHhHHHhh~~~~ no... dont tell me this anymore..........
*envy*
Don't be that frustrated juliana I'll try to take plenty of pics for you and other Laruku fans! Ooooh, don't take it the wrong way like I'm trying to rub it in, but I hope I'll be close enough to take good pics of your beloved Laruku, especially HYDE , so that I can share the experience with others. Psssh, but with my horrible luck, I'll probably get shiesty seats and that'll suck since I'm a short stump!!
Ooooh, ForbiddenLover, I'm from Houston too! I just PMed you, so hopefully we can work things out!!
Before I forget, THANKS Juliana for helping me out! I appreciate it A LOT!!
One last note: reiko_chan has uploaded new BT files of Laruku, so check it out on bunko's site! G'luck!!
Say Juliana, where are you from? Maybe there will be further announcements of their future concert dates, during or after the Baltimore concert, so that I can inform you or others (shrug). If only AnimeExpo (Cali) held their convention later in the month b/c I'm pretty sure Laruku could have performed there. It would have been better, since I have connections over there (sigh). OH WELL, c'est la vie!

Hiya!
A-Kon had its problems with seating but this concert is in an actual major convention center, so it's going to be at a real awesome concert venue.

Hi vanfolken,
Many of us in California wish the same...have been waiting many years.
Unfortunately, I don't see any major performers at AnimeExpo. Look towards PMX (created by the people who started Anime Expo). Hopefully in the near future AX considers contemporary music guests but for now expect anime-based seiyuu, Indie bands or someone related to an anime company as music performers for their event.
Going to Otakon happens to be my yearly ritual. Baltimore is only 1.5 hr from where I live. Although I don't know much about the band maybe I should check it out. I only know one guy from that movie Moon Child.

They probably could, it's all about $$$$$$. My associates from Otakon won't discuss it but the cost of bringing L'Arc to the US and the wholesetup for the concert I heard is very expensive. But when you think about it...if Otakon brings in 20,000+ people plus what they charge for the weekend or per day pass....they definitely have some money to spend.

yea at a-kon japanese bands were really strict bout bringin in cameras in the actual concert but hopefully larc will have a Q & A and autograph session like some of the bands did at a-kon. And bout the seating i know its at a big arena i just wonder if they are goin to sell seats or just goin to put everyone in there
