Good Luck to Ruroshin and the other mods to bringing back up D with whatever content they wish to provide. Hope you guys don't get court time.

I'm actually quite surprised they cracked down on Iron Monkey and Shaolin Soccer. Didn't they also get the rights to IA 1 and My Sassy Girl also?

I think so, but I don't think they have done much with those yet so maybe that's why they didn't mention it. But then again they're making remakes of those movies right so the original one should be ok.

Was Iron Monkey and Shaolin older stuff or just posted yesterday? I don't recall seeing these!! If its older then does that mean it takes time for agencies to organize their letter of complaint and send it or is it like 5min within spotting it?

I think ALOT of us had a bad feeling about seeing these movies on there, of course it was sketchy back then to argue banning these as the community was a small-niche one (drama fans) with ppl posting them for others. There should be anote in future "if anything is licensed let us know and we'll take it down ASAP", and have the mods really mean it and really take it down (difficult as that is to do often).

Yes shaolin soccer is actually released in US.... My Sassy Girl is not.
Thats probably why.... PLUS knowing that MIRAMAX = DISNEY it was probably the most UNpostable movie lol

And even someone made a post in d-addict forum to cry cause there was 1200 peers and 0 seeder lol ... now there is 0 peers and 0 seeder ^_^

I REALLY hope that this fantastic web site is gonna be back soon.

Both those site really are dead for me two on different connections

I think the dns and web server are down.

service is tentatively back online...inheavysyrup looks like its got some problem starting up again. I'm sure momokan will sort it out.

I had to suspend that account temporary because of all the BT client that was trying to hit it retrying to connect. It kept bringing the apache server down.

Currently things seems back to normal but its only been 30 mins so thats why i said tentatively

On the other hand, its a good thing I split the d-addicts tracker to another server so even if the main one goes down your torrents should still work fine

well a lot of service crashed but I think its because we were under attack. It overloaded the box and lots of processes just died including the apache web sever and the name server.

However it appears the attack (if it is) is directed at inheavysyrup.com. Currently I've disabled that domain until I can figure out whats going on.
