OK, dudes, going back to the topic at hand.

Sorimachi, Yui, the Saitos, Nana, Tomoka and Motoki Fukami are still there, but, in a little bit of a disappointment, this time the rest of the key cast is replaced with Misaki Ito (standing in for Manami), and Miho Shiraishi (for Yada? I'd rather have Shiraishi replace Manami and Ito replace Yada) and also Exile's Daisuke Maki and child actress Karen Miyama round it up, possibly as a friend for Nana.

I just hope it's not a retelling. Given that it's billed by series number instead of year, it's possibly a true sequel. I'll miss Akiko and Manami , but I'm looking forward to the new character interactions. Let's see if Misaki can make a better Shima (because Manami looked too weak to fight back in the rape scene, but Misaki can kick butt so you can guess what's in my thoughts).

Hotman was one of my first dramas I watched, and I look forward to watching this.. I don't really care about the cast replacements either (didn't really like shima).
