switched back to Melissa auf der Maur collection.
Anyone listened to her songs yet? She used to be the bassist for the Smashing Pumpkins now doing a solo career.
Pretty good rock music, way better than what you usually hear on the radio these days, imo.
I listened to 3 songs so far and all 3 songs I like:
-Followed the waves
-Real Lie
-Taste You _________________

I think I caught the end of the movie while channel surfing. Is that the one with all those New York gangs having a turf war or something?
Didn't know it was a Joe Walsh solo song. It's on my Eagles Greatest Hits CD so I just assumed it was an Eagles song. Hey, I learned something new today! Thanks PCM!!
La Bamba - Los Lobos
Good mornin', Rinrin.
The Warriors is actually a modern retelling of Homer's The Odyssey in a New York City gang setting, with a cool soundtrack. While music soundtracks are the norm today, they were relatively new back in the late 1970s.
Joe Walsh did In the City as a song for The Warriors soundtrack. Later, he did the song with the Eagles on their album The Long Run. Yep, I'm an Eagles fan too.
