We can't use that pic though. Genma says it comes out all grainy. And I still haven't found another pic either since it's so hard to find high-quality pics of her.

The only reason people use the word "Cutie" instead of "Sakai Noriko " is that Cutie has fewer letters. But they mean the same thing.
Considering how many doramas she's been in, and how successful they've been, I thought she might be a good candidate for the Featured Artiste section. _________________
Not only is she already in the Featured Artist section, she was also the --> FIRST <--- one ever to appear in there (notice she's #1 in the listing). Of all the artistes Genma thought of when he first created the listing, Noriko-chan was the first to come to mind.

Odd thing is, I've seen that picture a thousand times and I never recognized her as Noriko.
I even went through the featured artistes photos one last time before posting, just to make sure she wasn't there... and that picture didn't look anything like Noriko to me.
