Uh, I'm not gonna get into an unnecessary racial stereotyping thing here...

I'm just pointing out that Shaq's a cow, even thought he claims he lost 30 pounds...

Yeah...but with Shaq's size it'd be either a strike out or a home run!!! He'd be ripping every ball he made contact with.

In fact...I could just see Shaq one-handing it...like swatting flies with a fly swatter.

The key being "make contact with......" which would be few and far between.

Well...I think Shaq's got pretty good skills. We might have a difference of opinion...but I don't think Shaq's only skill is his HUGE size...

I suppose he does have skills, but I haven't seen 'em aside from his size, which ain't a skill. hehe

Yep. Been watching the entire game.

Both calls were correct... And I'm not saying that 'cause I'm rooting for the Bosox...

Going into the bottom of the 9th now... Nail-biting time. Sweat

Just saw the riot police leave the field.

Was there really THAT much debris thrown? Man, Yankee Stadium coulda used them in the 70s after a few games...

Matsui leadoff walk.

McCarver says it's as bad as giving up a leadoff homer.

Huh?

It was more of a show of force... But about a half dozen baseballs were thrown down after Rodriguez was called out (and rightfully so)...

The worst was the ALCS in 1976, Chambliss leadoff HR vs. the Royals in the 9th. I don't think he ever made the plate.

Hmm, two men on now...

Remarkable. This is a baseball FIRST.

That shoe made for Schilling must have been made of stone.

"That was God's work," says Curt.

Come on, it's GOTTA BE THE SHOES!!!
