Heh, then you can't even look.
Besides, you'll be too busy making all that Thanksgiving turkey and sushi. _________________

Bring your platinum Visa or Mastercard, 'cause those places aren't cheap... I had dinner with a couple of friends at Katsu a ways back and it cost us $75 a head.... And the waiting list to get in is weeks (months?)...

Picture this: your own sushi bar with j-pop music playing in the backround and waitresses who look like j-pop/j-drama stars.... Cool.
I would be in his sushi bar everyday.... |
Are you kidding me? I'd bring my sleeping bag. Elt has to throw me out if he wants me to leave. It would be the only sushi restaurant with a bouncer.

I think so. Matsuhisa is like a Japanese Spago, trendy and VERY popular, but without the iriritating chef (Wolfgang Puck)...

No, but all the fancy plates were handmade by the owner/chef.
We had quite a bit of sushi, and also a number of bottles of sake. The girl I went with could drink....

Good sushi is an absolute must. Hot waitresses can only go so far (in more ways than one ), so the food has to be ichiban...
Interview waitresses?
Hell yes.
