I managed to see part of the series when i was in Japan for the summer...but i still think the first season is better!

Oh does anyone know where to get the untranslated manga and novel of sekai no chuushin de ai wo sakebu? Is it selling in kino or sth? Thks a lot!

sekai no chuushin de ai wo sakebu is available in Sgp? haben seen it but i tink one of my friend bought it. It is nice i am reading the novel recently. Btw i tink u can try kino for the untranslated version.

DVD? guess not so soon ba. taiwan is showing the movie in cinemas now too. even if released DVD le, it wont be selling in SG that fast? movie hafta come 1st? but i guess the SG is not showing the movie.. until now still no news of it.

Waterboys is out in JB le.. haven seen it in SG too.. by the way, how to know whether the vcds is Unique-tokyo? i dunno what is mine.. nothing is stated on the box.

anw, i think many places in singapore are selling fairly new jdramas now. parkway parade's poh kim sells a few titles at $30 or so. but i believe there's a 10% discount. and i know that heartland mall's TS sells quite a lot of jdramas...i buy all my dramas from there. there's pride, beginner and several other titles. much cheaper than poh kim. <S$20. packaging's pretty nice too. i think i saw waterboys 2 there but i'm not too sure. can't remember...sorry.

For sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu, kino got sell the jpn ver of both the novel and manga. According to kino bookweb the novel is $35.90 and the manga is $12.30.

For the movie I dun think sg will bring it in. If they really do also not too soon. The DVD for the movie will be released on the 23th of this mth. Got 3 different versions; standard, special and memorial box versions. Links provided below. Hope this helps.

Yup.. for the movie, dun think they will bring it in. So the only way is to go to HMV and ask them to help you order it. However, the special itself cost about s$100..

Stay up whole night yesterday to watch Haru Ranman by Oshio Manabu...I bought it from yahoo aution... Didn't regret my buy! He is so kakkoii!

anywayz... my friend is going to JB next week without me, She cannot wait anymore. I have decided to make do with what is available in SG and in the auctions...

So tempted to order Sekai no Chushin de... from cdjapan. But realise there is no chinese subtitles for the DVD version. Does anyone know whether there will be such a version coming out?

Hmm... if you talking about the drama then there won't be subs. For the movie they have it in subs. Maybe you can try taiwan auctions? now got alot of sellers selling dvd with subs.

I know kino have the chinese version out already...but sorry for asking...your manga means magazine...but where is it...i don't seem to find it in kino...can u tell me which section..is it at bugis or taka...on jp magazine corner?

Actually manga means comic. You can find it at the japanese comic section at taka. I think the liang court branch also got. For bugis they dun sell japanese comics so i dun think u can find it there. As for magazines, i dun think they have any magazines that covers the movie only. The most i saw was interviews with the artistes.

That's too bad if they are no magazine of this movie...because i think many people will want to collect one...

I have checked the taiwan yahoo auction.. sad to say, most of the sellers are unwilling to mail to other countries. So I may have to order the dvd from yesasia or cdjapan eventually.

Sellers in taiwan yahoo auction also sell pictorial book or some memorial book and some dms on "Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu" If you know anyone in Japan or Taiwan, you may be able to get them...

Hmm... do you mean magazine as in entertainment magazine or one that has scene shots and stuff? If it's entertainment mag, I dun think they have one that is solely based on the movie as I mentioned earlier. However they have a 'Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu ~Visual Story Book~' It contains alot of shots from the movie as well as the script and interviews with the artistes and director. I'm not sure if the book is still available though as it seems very popular.

From what I heard from my friends, they were able to negotiate with the sellers. Just leave them a msg or sth and ask them about it. Most should be willing to send over. Of course not discouraging you to not buy the one from yesasia or cdjapan just that as you're finding one with subs it may not be what you want as it is made for the japanese market and comes with no subs at all. As for the memorial book, are you referring to the drama one or the movie? For the movie ver, I have mentioned abt it above. As for the drama one, you can get it at kino I believe. I have seen it there before. The price should be ard $38 plus.

The ~memories~ book is from the drama. kinkitsuyo has mentioned it in the post above. About the contents, I'm not too clear as I haven't bought it yet. Haven't watched the drama so dun wanna buy it as yet. I only know the contents of the movie version as I had managed to get a copy.

Long time nv come to the forum didn't noe everybody is so into "Sekai no chushin de ai wo sakebu" it's really a very touching show i read the comic and is-still-reading the book.

Actually the ~memories~ book is for the drama not the movie as I mentioned in an earlier post. The book for the movie is the Sekai no Chuushin de Ai wo Sakebu~Visual Story Book~. You could try to get it from kino but I'm not sure if it's still in print.
