Also, if you are using windows XP, then you should be able to just add japanese to the language bar with the control panel menu.
If you are using win98 etc, then you can download Japanese Global IME from the microsoft website.

what does kakkoi mean?
i see this word being used to describe many artistes..
but dunno what it means..

kakkoii is actually two words kakko and ii..

kakko means .. can't really think of a word to describe it but it means [how you look like] or something like that

ii means [good] or anything related to that word.. so kakkoii means he's very good-looking, very cool, when you see a person who you describe as kakkoii.. you find his actions or face very pleasing to you in your view of what a guy should be like..

sometimes used for girls when meaning [cool]

at least, this is how i would explain it.. ^^;;

Yep, you got it arashinokoto "Kakko" refers to appearance. So it's kinda like "appearance [is] nice". That's gradually crossed over to descriptions of other things, like saying something's "cool", I think.

hmm, im not too sure aboutt his but it seems that this is used to describe males more.....i cant really recall a female being called kakkoii...though of course i may be wrong

maybe around "koukou" school age during athletic events. i recall watching a dorama (don't remember which one) that some girl did really good in this event and her friends went like: "aya-chan kakkoiiiiii!!!"

You can say of a guy that he's awesome (how he look/act)
where [kakko] would refer to [appearance]

in the end, it depend of the context.

As for Tarukunai, if it's Darukunai, then it means "not tired."
