I did not have time to scan more as I got home last night because I have to fix Rinrin's blog..hehehe (don't worry I enjoy making it Rin.. so, it's not a hassle).
So an old pic of Hard Luck Hero would do good for today I guess..hehee
nice to see you all! I hope I can get any answers, since here are a lot of V6 fans. Some time ago I watched the drama "Kisarazu cat's eye" (I love this drama!!!!!!!!!! couldn't see the movie yet ) and I thought, "wow, Bussan is quite cool and cute; think I will search the internet for some information about Okada Jun". Well, I found out the usual things; age, other movies, other dramas, ..... and V6. Ok, so I looked for the music of V6. And I found some nice songs. But today a friend gave me the english version of "change the world" and I thought: ".... uhh! Japanese singing in english......". The first thing about Japanese speaking english is: usually it is more "japanese english" then understandable english. The second thing is: I don't like songs in english.
But (!!!) I was surprised!! The english version of "change the world" is great!! The lyrics are good and the english is so clear!! I always had V6 songs in my playlist and I liked their songs, but somehow now I like them more. Maybe I'm becoming a fan
And now my questions:
- are there more songs in english sung by V6?
- the voice of usual V6-songs seems to be different to the english version. maybe the arrangement of voices is different to the japanese version. Do you know anything about it or do you recognize the voices?
- is there any chance to get a music clip or live show (maybe concert) where thy perform the english version?
ok, that's all, I think. It would be really fine to get some answers.
And now my questions:
- are there more songs in english sung by V6?
Hi hitori! Yay another person hooked by Bussan's charm!
For now, I can only answer one of your questions...do you mean songs completely in English? If so, I highly recommend the song One (English version...of course lol). I thought Innochi and Sakamoto did a great job pronoucing the English lyrics. The Japanese version of the song is of course beautiful, but so is the English version! I wish I had it on my comp so I could get it to you but I don't ....maybe someone else can help, or you can find it on WinMX or something. Hope that helped!
@Rinrin..*cough* yeah that two guys always look so good in SUIT...*it's the posture and their face I guess*
@hitori..oh hi there..welcome to this thread! as mentioned already by eien the only song that they sang in english aside the one you said was "ONE".
Yes, V6 has pretty good knowledge in English (especially Nagano, Sakamoto, Okada, Miyake for all I know) and they do sing in a clear english pronounciation.
Hmm..I believe their Juniors, i.e Kattun can sing pretty well in english since I once saw them sang "Silent Night" in English with a very good pronounciation. I have no doubt with Jimmy Mackey..LOL since he's Happa. Who else can speak good English, Of course YamaP, Koyama and Sho..
today I heard the japanese version of "ONE" and saw the korean PV. and now I'm VERY excited about the english version
I also saw today the PV of Okadas "truth"; didn't know he also sings solo. But honestly spoken I like him acting somehow some than singing. (Bussan left a big and great impression on me!! )

V6 has a CD out called "Super Heroes". On this CD each member of V6 has a solo song + one song that they all sing together on. If anyone ever wants to hear what they all sound like separately then this is a good album to get.
I don't know why, but I always end up watching all of Junichi's dramas. I even watch the types of dramas that I don't usually like to watch like Oyaji or Suekko Chonan Ane Sannin. Weird! _________________

Hello. Welcome to the V6 thread, yay a fellow Junichi fan
If u liked the drama u HAVE to see the movie. The movie for KCE was great. There is also the recent drama special with Nagase Tomoya "Tiger and Dragon" by the same screenplay writer (? or is it director?) as KCE and IWGP. I am very looking forward to see this, the DVD is coming out on March 9th
