the best person who came to mind for this drama, "fugoh keiji" was nakama yukie for her work in gokusen, kao, and of course, TRICK. while i don't want to hate in fukada kyoko because she does have some good things going for her....it's almost a shame that she was surrounded by such talented supporting actors this time around because they make you realize how bad her acting has become.
does anyone else agree that she has changed [almost what purposely?] in her last few roles? it's as if she is trying too hard to be cute [and she is naturally adorable, in my female opinion] so that she sells....what happened to the spunk and angst from "please god a little more time/kamisama..."????
i watched it today, and it was an OK drama--but it can't make it to a hot spot if her acting doesn't change. come back, fukada!

in SOS she was surrounded by great actors like Kubozuka and Rina....
and u'll came to compare how kawaii rina was and how annoying kyoko....
she got some major make-over in her look hope she don't overdo it

Actually, I have never watched a Kyoko Fukada drama, so I can't really say much. I have only seen her in Shimotsuma Monogatari & Like Asura. She seemed to be ok. Since I watched Shimotsuma Monogatari in Japanese w/o subs, so I can't tell if it's good acting or not. Also, she didn't have a big role in Like Asura. I could see playing an overly cute role being really annoying.

yeah, i love those beautiful pix of lovely kyoko-chan. Thanks also for your contributions, it helps keep this thread going and going....I will look for some old school pix of kyoko in swimsuits, in her earlier days, she posed more in bikini's. I guess you won't find her in one thesedays, bummer....
the kyoko-pix that i have on my hd are more current and less old school kyoko, but i will see if i can find any.
