as bmwracer has mentioned, exercise WILL help. also, a well balanced diet and consistant sleeping patterns are a MUST in acheiving good sleep.
And if all else fails, there is always turning to the bottle and drinking yourself to sleep! Bleah Or Nyquil. Bleah

Who me? hehehe.. Beaten why not? Beaten yeah..he's right my earliest bedtime is 00:30 am. It's been two years now but I'm so used to sleep for 4 hours a day at least. Well, I think it's not the quantity here..it's the quality of sleeping that counts (imo).. hehe Bonk

I feel your pain. My voice was gone from last Sunday (Jan. 30) through Tuesday (Feb. 1) of last week. Still coughing too. I takes me around 2 hours to get to sleep each night, due to coughing. bleh

Need to get healthy, as I want to go snowboarding on Saturday.

Maybe a humidifier would help?

Hrm... hadn't thought of that.

I do have a heater/humidifier unit from Fujitronic. I'll give that a shot tonight. Fingers crossed

You have no idea how funny that sounded to a guy who went skiing once, attempted to snowplough, just like my buddy told me to, swerved to miss a lady who cut in front of me, and ended up hitting a Douglas Fir at what, in my memory, was just a hair under 900 miles per hour.

Get healthy so you can snowboard?

Jeez, if I ever decide to end it all, I'll probably just go skiing again.

Geez',
Well, back in the day I started snowboarding the safe way: I took lessons.

Plus, I didn't go for the blue trails or the black diamonds until I'd developed sufficient control.

So far, I've been fortunate enough to not hit any trees. w00t!

PC

I was 16.

We don't need no steenkin' teachers!

We ain't gonna ski on no steenkin' bunny slopes.

My buddy's logical argument was: "Whad-ah-ya-chicken?"

As I was not bright enough to come up with a reasonable retort... I ended up with a broken nose, a chipped front tooth, a broken right forearm, and a broken ankle.

Da tree hit me while I wasn't lookin'.

Skiiing is a lot worse for you than smoking. Or drinking. Or just quietly ramming your head into a wall.
