Arashinokoto, I tried looking for Arashi video files for you...and got so many results. However, most of the files are in Japanese characters. I downloaded a vid file for Arashi (just to test it out)...seems to be working fine...but I deleted it before it could finish because it will disrupt my bro's download bandwidth...and he's currently downloading multiple files. Are you connected to the Asian server? If not, you could try it out. That's where most of the Jpop stuffs are. If you are connected to Asian server, but still couldn't download...it could be that the source (you chose) has a zero-hack, which prevents you to download (the downside.) I guess you'll have to keep looking for another source (another downside) in WinMx...because not all WinMx users are greedy.

I guess some people are not patient enough...so they gave up easily.

BTW, what does "sou" mean? I noticed many people used that word alot...unfortunately, I still don't understand some Japanese words.

[sou] can be used in many ways.. for example.. when i say [sou..?!?!] or [sou ka..?] it means [is it really like that?]..

but if i use [sou ka(moshirenai)] i mean.. [oh so it's like that or could be like that..].. it's different from the [sou ka?] in front because your way of pronouncing would be different...

however if i use it like [sou da!] i mean [i remember something.. /have to tell you something..etc.]]

other ways of using sou...?? hmmz.. does anyone know..?

i have many vids from arashi,but i lost them all when we had to restart our pc completely on winmx try and search for a girl called ammarashi,she always has lots of arashi files since since she's majorly obsessed with sho (like me )

Anyone getting some "file error" when trying to dl files from other users in winmx? is that the patch to make other users unable to dl stuff from you that has been spoken about?

Pemu is the master in WinMX file downloads. If anyone would know, he would. Too bad he doesn'nt come here as much nowadays. Maybe he's on vaca.

Are you talking about downloading files with Asian (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) file names? If so, you CAN download them. The file error comes from the Asian text. When you do your search and choose which one you want to download, right click and choose "Manually download". Rename the file to something in roman text. I don't know how to get the hash for it though......I'm not fast enough. So without the hash, if you close Winmx, the file won't automatically resume next time. That should do it.
