Depends on what you define as "good"... Naughty

Personally, I find Good Luck not bad coz it balances the romantic aspect and the serious aspect of a modern society relatively well and the story is well-supported by the leads and supporting cast. hehe

If you prefer weepies, Beautiful Life, Summer Snow, and sekai no chushin de ai wo sakebu are the better ones around that make you cry buckets. Puppy Dog Eyes

Could someone help me find out a title of a drama that was on some time in the end of 2002 or beginning of 2003 and it featured the bloke who sings (as far as I know) in a bend called Tokyo. (He was a boyfriend of Ayumi Hamasaki - hope I got her name right)? As far as I remember, it was a story about a family, i.e. children whose mother died and they struggle to keep the house and keep the family together. This might sound a bit odd, 'cos I'm probably asking about something very well known, but I am new to this forum and I left Japan almost two years ago.

Cheers! Mr Green

I've just seen Yamato Nadeshiko and though it was great. Now I'm looking for something similar - any recommendations?
Kind of romantic comedy drama set in Tokyo, preferably.

Trade/Distro its all good!

Prof-
I have a few favorite romantic comedies to recommend though I cant remember if they are set in Tokyo necessarily.
Golden Bowl was marvelous.
Beauty Or Beast had a little more humor than romance but Nanako is so awesome in it.
Always Smiling was charming
Brand was great, a little more romance than humor.
The funniest I thought was Seikei Bijin/Artificial Beauty. Hilarious.
Wedding Planner was charming too.
have a fun one-Eve

Kisarazu Cat's Eye was my very first dorama, and I'm looking for something just as funny and crazy. Any recommendations to follow up to a zany show like KCE? Dorama or anime are welcomed. Nut

Strawberry on the shortcake is good, and set around highschool.
Forbidden love is also brilliant! Check out the review on the site, it does mainly feature the relationship between a teacher and student, but well, tis excellent Smile
