As I have said before, no I'm afraid I don't, not living in Japan, and I wouldn't need the adress since I wouldn't be eligible...
The regulations to be on Johnny's is I think that you must be around the age of 12 or maybe younger, this is because they train their members until they find them ready for teen idol stage, that's why we hadn't hear of Ya-Ya-Yah until about 2002, they were being trained and not released in groups yet...

to send Videos or music, you can go to yousendit.com and you put the e-mail of the person you are sending the clip to in the first box, then the file you want to send in the second one, leave the other two boxes balnk, those aren't impotant..you need to keep that browser up until you get a link that leads you to downloading your file...save it
Yousendit.com lasts for 7 days, or 25 downloads..

to post images you just do the following:
