Back from the funeral for my friend and coworker, Ron. Died of a heart attack on the night of 4/21. I don't think I've ever seen a man more loved by his children, nieces, and nephews. They printed up shirts and sweatshirts that said "RIP Uncle Ron, We Love You" and "RIP Ron (his last name), World's Greatest Dad". They each gave the sweetest, most brave speeches they could. My coworker Rick J. gave an impromptu speech and said it best... "If Ron had a weak heart, it was because he gave so much to everyone." Peace, PCM

International Workers Day? Must be the reason why I'm up at 7:20 AM local time on a Sunday... been up for an hour... But no, workers day isn't the reason. Gotta help packing up the last books Naoko doesn't need and get them ready to be shipped back to Japan. UPS'll come tomorrow and pick the stuff up. Bleh... I already hate August.
