I've always been a really big fan of Shibasaki Kou, starting from Battle Royale. I think she did a great performance in Orange Days.

Me started noticing her in Yoomigaeri as the singer RUI. She is indeed one of most appealing n talented rising female lead actress cum singer! Like her hair and cool cool personality she portrays in most doramas!

I've been a fan of Kou since I saw Battle Royale. Liked her a lot in Orange Days, too. I have to see more of her dramas and films. Love her voice too :victory:

dayem, kou shibasaki's performance in orange days was fuggin' ridiculously good! i'm so impressed....just finished that show...i loved it!

she can act. the ability to convey so much emotion notwithstanding the lack of speaking parts in her role as sae hagio is truly a testament to her acting ability...man, i am hooked on this chick...

her eyes almost have a feline grace about them....strange, i guess...but that's the vibe i get.

You should see her in "Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu" (movie), she's incredible in it.

i appreciate the advice...funny you mention that film because i'm currently trying to download a DVDrip of that film that was posted at fantasticsuperclub.org. but a bunch of ppl, including myself, are stuck at 97.6% :grumble: i really wanna watch this film but nobody on that board is steppin' up to help finish seed the file....it's like less than 20 megabytes....apparently some ppl have been stuck for weeks whereas i've only been stuck for days....i must be patience! :argh:

So I finished watching Good Luck and Orange Days, still waiting to finish downloading Sekai no Chushin and I still haven't watched Battle Royale....does anyone know if any of the other dramas that K. Shibasaki has been in are available with English subs?
