i am a V6 fan. therefore please don't get angry for what i am about to say. i was talking to a non-fan and she told me the reason why she does not like V6 is because they don't have the X-factor (whatever that means, i don't know) and that they are not charismatic enough and that is why they are not that popular.
i try to understand what she is trying to say, but i have to beg-to-differ. i think V6 has their own style and own personalities. they don't have to do all those gestures like winking the eye or doing all those sexy moves to get girls' attention. what really made me a fan of V6 is their music. i really like the voices of 20th Century and think they really sing well together. one of my most favorite 20th Century's song is "Precious Love." and my most favorite song sang solo by Masayuki is "In My Heart" the theme song for Disney's Tarzan movie. Coming Century is good too and their 2000 summer concert was great. but i like it most when they are together as one group V6.
the first member that attracted me to V6 is Okada. it was when i was watching a Junk Battle episode, the battle of the sandwiches. i thought he was very cute. when he bit into the sandwich that he and Masayuki created, he was like "Taste good." i thought he was very kawaii.
the second member that caught my attention was Hiroshi. don't know why. but when i watched their 1995 concert, he reminded me of someone. and i've always been attracted to a boy with that kind of look.
then Go caught my attention when i was watching an episode of otona century when they went to a school to teach little kids for a day. they were making some sort of collage with color paper and he hugged a kid, then he took the children to the bathroom (kawaii and funny), lunch time he took some food from one of the kid's tray (funny), napping with the kids (more kawaii), and then dancing with the kids. i thought he was very cute in this episode. much cuter than Ken and Okada, but Ken got 24 kids pick him as favorite teacher, Go got 13 kids, and Okada got 1.
i think Ken looks really good in magazine photos. he's quite photogenic and i like that when i listen to a V6 song, his voice is very noticeable and his voice is quite cute.
i just keep talking and talking and talking and talking and talking. i must have put everyone to sleep.

I think i feel what your friend mean with X factor, But I guess it also depends on how each person views the other one, so that's why you feel they're great but your friend maybe sees the X factor with some other artist you don't like...anyway, blabbibg too much I am too, Welcome to this thread

I want to see star wars too!! I love the 2nd one mainly bcos of hayden, after that, I started to warch the first movie (the darth vader installation of course) when he's still a litle boy. and now I want to see him becoming darth vader^^.

i had watched Love Apron with Okada, Hiroshi and Go. i have to say my most favorite episode is the one with Go. he was really hot. he was so cool not to look at the girl with the big chest. i think that was very gentleman and manly of him. and i like the part when he spit out the eel? or was it fish? don't know how to call it, it looks like a fish, but it is long like a snake, body is very slimy. anyway, i like the part when he spit it out. he was very cute. and i couldn't believe in the end he put that girl's name on the floor of the men's bathroom by the urinal. i couldn't stop laughing.
with Hiroshi on Love Apron, best part was when he patted his stomach and told it to "gambatteyo"
with Okada on Love Apron, best part when one of the girl's was crying, he and Tokio host both said, "taberu, taberu". Okada is sweet in this episode. but i don't like it when he cut his hair short and dye it blonde. i like his look in the Darling music video where it is black and straight. he looks very cool and handsome like that.
too bad i have not seen the other Love Apron episodes with the other members. i know the rest of them have to have appeared on the show.
