Great site for finding out what all those acronyms mean.
It took me the longest time to get AFAIK to register in my head. I would always forget and wonder what it meant.

Started Ruri no Shima today... Riko Narumi is a great newcomer! She certainly doesn't look that young... Manami Konishi - back to NTV, back to being nasty. (Remember Shin Hoshi no Kinka?) Katsumura and Nishiyama look better than in Bara no Jujika, actually much younger and wittier. Of course, changing from a dark and urban setting to a countryside, "happy" setting sometimes means a radical change.
And what about Yutaka's side story? [WARNING - potential spoiler, help me if you can]
He is billed as being "Kawashima", however the news story going on on the TV shows a different face. Is the real Kawashima the guy who was face down on the water in one of the scenes?
Has Yutaka's character committed murder? Damn they sure know how to throw a side plot which should have nothing to do with the main story...

Started Attack No. 1 and Trick (1) today! Yeah, Trick is rather old, but I watched the 2nd and the 3rd, and realized I haven't seen the first one yet lol. I think I like Attack No. 1 better than Ace wo Nerae but I dunno, I've only watched two episodes.

Finished watching Last Christmas yesterday.
The Story is nice and I liked the characters. But it lacks focus. There are too many side plots. If they had dropped a few of them it could have been really good, as seen in the last 3 episodes where the focus is finally on the two main characters.
Started watching Itoshi Kimi E. Hm, looks like the TV-version of Gege.

Some recent Japanese drama that debuted in April 2005.
Will come back with the title when I rent the next episode.
*yeah, I don't even know the title yet*
All I know is that it stars that chick from "Younger Men" _________________

I'm watching Oyaji.
Good family drama.
I like the casting, really fit into the characters, especially the stubborn dad.
Oh Dad !
I really enjoyed that drama too. Tasuma, the dad (I think is his name) is a fun chacter actor. I liked him very much in Concerto too. Which I finished recently. He was a much more serious character.
Currently Im watching Hatachi No Kekkon, Marriage at 20.
Im about midway through.
Absolutely charming. Im really enjoying it. _________________

I liked Neverland alot.
The story was slow to evolve but I thought all the characters were sympathetic with hidden depths. Nothing is as it first appears.
Hope you like it better as you go along.
