wow, what a long article, but a good one. In some strange way, i consider myself an Otaku, since i am big on collecting Anime, J-idols. yeah, i loved it in Akihabara, there is so much sh*t to see there man, i could be there for over a week, i should post some shots of Akihabara up and you can imagine....there is so much to see and shop there.
again, thanks for the great article you found, @Tu_triky.
no prob. i was hesitant to post it but i figured it was worth the read and since it specifically mentions akihabara i didn't feel it was too out of place here.

Out of the entire article, I don't know why this really jumped out at me.
the word nerd jumped out at me...because they used it about 65 million times referring to otakus as nerds, geeks, etc....dayem, no luv for them otakus.....but com'on what's up with homeboy and his 130 LIFESIZE pillows of female characters...that's fuggin' HELLA WACK....pathetic, yo.

yeah, that is pretty wacked, don't wanna know what he does with them...
don't get me wrong, we all have our hobbies, but that fool is off one....no wonder they kept referring to people as nerds in that article.
yeah we got our hobbies, i collect anime figurines, and a few robots, and i am very big into anime. But i am not into collecting lifesized anime girl dolls, but some people are really into collecting them, also i believe that they are in the hundreds if not thousands of dollars each.
I heard that they have these "love-dolls" and for reasons why they are called that, men, maybe some women are into that kind of stuff, and they are quite expensive and look real, that is kinda sick...

I almost pissed my pants when I saw that dude with the writing on his neck.
Yeah, man. That picture is astonishing to say the least! I dunno but given the practiced hand you need to write in kanji I can' even begin to imagine how somebody wrote that ish on that guy's face...that must have taken a one hell of a LONG TIME, dude! It's an amazing picture...quite scary in some respects, but nonetheless amazing.

Hey, what all have I missed? it's been nuts here...
lol this women who just turned 30 is Hot, and she kinda flirting & this other women who is the the dather-in-law to the group i'm staying with.. she was just flirting the whole time.. lol things like your so sweet and eye winking.. lol and she and her husband fell out this afternoon, which I knew something was up as she and he never looked happy.
lets see.... Oh this was dead wrong what my mom said, but what can I expect from a person who makes poor jokes about Asian's?
She says trying to joke on the phone..
"Son.. I did something drastic... I changed my hair color to blonde... maybe now I can be the white mother you always wanted"
what pissed me off more is I was busy trying to get my orders filled..
now I know you may say she's your mother and you should not say that... But will someone please get rid of her!
I sit here and bite my skin because it bothers me so much.
Tu_triky, nice pics!

qilver, gonna post a pic of your new J-friend?
oh, you mean the new girl i met in Shinagawa? Rei, she only emailed me back once, hopefully she emails me back again and replys back. I'll try another email again later. Yeah, potential new j-friend, , she is really sweet. Unfortunately, don't have any pix of Rei. It's hard to keep in touch with people you meet that live overseas, only time will tell.

When you get a pic of her, post it!
Hope you get to hook up with her! (if that is your intention) _________________

thx for asking Q. yeah, its hella fun there always. we were all around the kinki/kansai area this trip. Flew into the new nagoya int'l airport, hung around nagoya/sakae area. then went to inuyama region. after that we hit shiga area around biwako. that was all in 10 days. the other 9 days we lived in kyoto, but took days trips to osaka and nara.
pictures? like you i've got tons of them (actually about 650 pix), but most of it have me and my family in them and who'd wanna see those right?
actually, it's too much of an effort to resize the photos post up. i may do it later if i have time, but now i have a lot of work to catch up between work, and cleaning up after the trip. (i just got back on sat night, 2 days ago) _________________
