Drink green tea every day. Multi vitamins too.
Haven't lifted or done cardio in a while though. The night shifts take away my gym time.

If I remember correctly, the reason why your weight goes down when you smoke is because nicotine increases your metabolism.

Just dont start eating instead.

I hate guys that smoke..second hand smoke can come from it.....can be cancerous to nonsmoker and I have weak lungs so if I were to smoke once in my life..it'll be life threating...allergic to dust and smoke....
