Heard some of my classmates talking about this awhile ago....they said that girl got her parents by the leash or something
I think 200K is too much for any bday party...even if you're rich
yeah and that for a 16 year old, one of her friends said ... if this is for her 16th bday .. wonder about her marriage .. i was like ... damn good question
i wld say the leash was turned around for some time ... she left home ..and guess what her mom cancelled all credit cards

Hmmmmmm......
Do you drive a playboy type car?
Nope, though I used to drive around papa-san's 1974 red 911 Targa back in the late 80s and 1990s, until 1994 when I bought a new metallic blue Miata.
Nowadays I drive a silver 2004 Toyota RAV4 Sport, as I need 4WD to get up to the Sierras to support my snowboarding addiction. Plus the RAV4 works great to haul around my amigos and our gear when we go hiking or mountain biking and doesn't guzzle gas -- 25 MPG!

Wipe the cake or pie or whatever off your face and we'll let you know how many bags you need
That was whipped cream, from my birthday party the other year at Nola's in Palo Alto. My friends used to have a tradition of pie-ing or whipped creaming each other on birthdays.
Heck, these days I keep the bags over my head for another reason: the A's and the Giants are so bad.

just heard that only about 20% of americans hold passports ... thats it ..
is it true my dear guys n girls in the states !!!
I believe it. The only reason someone would have a passport is to travel internationally, and I could see many people in the rural parts not travelling. Now I'm sure that percentage is much higher in the urban areas.

Yeah, not many of the younger crowd of people I know have passports. Mostly it's the older crowd of people I know.
My family doesn't have passports. Only I do. _________________

true, but u know in many places people HAVE passports anyhow ... even if they dont travel.
incidently saw a tv show also .. and they mentioned the same thing, that americans dont travel outside US so much as other countries .... with reference to the passports fact ofcourse ..
for me a passport is more like a permanent identity card ... not just with ref. to traveling i wld say!

I think the driver's license is considered to be the identity card used here in the US. The passport is mainly used for international travel. If you don't travel, then you don't need to have one. Plus it costs $25 to get or renew a license (in California) versus $67 to renew a passport and $97 for a new application.

what was funny was the reviewers say that for americans ... america is all that exists ... so why travel outside.
now i am in france but in india .. man a much much bigger % of population has passports ... even if they dont travel outside..
In America a drivers license is used as an identity card.
Elsewhere in the world Passports are used the same way.
I have a Passport but here in the States you can drive for 6 days straight across without ever having to pull out any kind of identification papers.
Cuts the need for paperwork and passports. _________________
