yeah! i like his voice..esp when he speaks cantonese.. sounds funny but cute n his eye brow.. so thick~ like shin-chan =P

I have seen some of Takeshi's movies. The only memorable thing he left when he was casted in Onimusha: Warlords game as Samanosuke Akechi! I will always remember him as Onimusha guy

I agree with you guys, back then he was so approachable unlike now, and I think he's thinner and thinner too much work I guess. But, the guy is still darn good looking Do you think he can make it to Hollywood if he's given the chance to do so? After all, he speaks four different languages (Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, English) very fluently.

Yep I think He can make it in Hollywood Language is essential...But He is I think already International actor cause already play in Jpan and Hongkong movie. Hope more star will go global and represent Asia.

Hey Guys...Takeshi is involved in new film alongside Andy Lau, Anita Mui and Zhang Zi yi. The film is called "Ambush from Ten Directions" ("Shi Mian Mai Fu"). They are two different languages. The dialect is quite similar to each other. Mandarin is spoken in Mainland China, Taiwan and countries next to Singapore. Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong and widely in the US and Canada by Chinese descendants.

Although they both are written the same way, they are read diffrently, however. I can honestly say I speak cantonese, but don't know squat about mandarin, except for the "Nihow" and the "Shie Shie Ni"'s.

same here cant speak mandarin i think most malaysian chinese speak cantonese...
