You kidding!!! This a first i've ever heard that someone doesn't like Pho....do you know which type of Pho bowl your friend doesn't like...the chicken or the beef types???

ALL kinds! i have no idea how he cannot like it either. i love the stuff. here's the weird thing, though. i do believe you have to try it at least two or three times before you decide. when i first ate it, i have to admit that i didn't care for it. same restaurant two days later - it was ok to me. by the 3rd time, i was addicted.

one of my other friends was the same way. didn't like it the first time, and addicted by the third.

we think it has something to do with the smell or maybe the initial taste. if you're used to eating ramen, saimin, won ton mein, etc, pho tastes completely different, so one could be taken by surprise.

By the third time huh, guess 3rd time is the charm Mr Green

All kinds of Pho...man that sucks. The smell is nice and the taste is good, but depending on some of the Pho places. Some has too much MSG in their broth and others too much fat taste to it bleh Pho does taste completely different w00t! Very yummy Victory! Peace!

The pho broth fills me up. I could leave it in the bowl, but there's flavor in it and I can't ignore it... Beaten

Yup Pho rocks, but i like a different vietnamese noodle soup best Mr Green
Bun Bo Hue Victory! Peace! could be eaten non spicy, but spicy makes this soup best w00t! Bun is a vietnamese type of noodle, Bo is beef, and Hue is a city in Vietnam, so basically its a Hue specialty Mr Green

Chinese-Style Fried Noodles w/Broccoli and Beef.....Chow Mein? Chow Fun? or some kind of Crispy Pan Fried Noodle?? Just guessing hehe Either way sounds Yummy. Enjoy Victory! Peace!

Wow, cool! I'm Vietnamese so I totally know what you're talking about. Sounds yummy. I think mi madre is making some Crispy Pan Fried Noodle. She always cooks something a little different, whether it be Vietnamese, Chinese, or Lao foods. Never American... hahaha. She's so Anti-American food.
