i went to see 'kingdom of heaven' when i was in japan recently.

thought it was ok but i preferred 'troy'.

the interesting part for me was that i had to choose my seat beforehand and everyone who came in sat in their designated seats even though it wasn't busy.

was annoyed by the couple who had to sit on the same row as me. i mean there were 6 or 7 rows in front and behind me that were empty!!!

i saw the movie as well... more, more, more alba!!!!
movie was okay, the action scenes are a bit short though and they should have added more alba footage ^_^

Anyway, I want to watch Odoru Daisousausen 3 and Train Man...
wonder how long before it gets distributed...

Watched Sin City today, I still don't know what to think of it. The movie definitely uses black n white properly, they managed to create a great atmosphere.

Madagascar on the other hand was just dull.

I do, that's usually the problem hehe

War of the Worlds was surprisingly not as dumb as I thought it would be, despite having Tom Cruise in it. Then again, I always like it when people get their butt kicked by aliens and die in masses *eyeshift*

The only interesting thing in Madagascar seem to be those penguins.

Haven't seen Fantastic 4, won't watch it. I didn't even like X-men or Spiderman, for the simple reason that I already don't like them as comics. Only superhero I ever really liked was Batman, he didn't need some weird superpowers to kick butt.

Looking forward to see Srapheaven, Linda Linda Linda and maybe Sengoku Jietai in cinema when I'm in Japan in not even two weeks. Too bad Otoko-tachi no Yamato is still not in the cinemas...

its a decent movie, not the best movie i've seen this summer, but by no means the worst. still i prefer the older movie. It wasn't remade, but Hitchcock made a screwball movie with the same title staring Carole Lombard in one of her final film roles.

I was positively surprised about Kingdom of Heaven. Agreed there were some historical inaccuracies, but... Orlando Bloom finally learned how to ride a horse! THANK GOD! I felt sorry for his horse in LOTR, all the kicking... Poor thing.

Troy... yuck... Same level as Alexander, just baaaaad.
