so that's the ending? when I watched it, I thought my friend just didn't have the next one to burn. It seems open-ended because it seems like there should be more to it. I thought it was an attachment to the GTO movie because that one took place in Hokkaido, even though the characters were different. so yah...kinda confusing. _________________ ~LiLy~

I started watching GTO(again) and something strange occured to me. All the kawai girls in GTO(Kirari, Aimi Nakamura, Miki Kuroda, Minami Shirakawa) have not appeared in anything in years!! Did they all decide to get out of acting? Does anybody have any theories or rumors or ideas?

No idea. Maybe they couldn't get any gigs after GTO?

Strangely, I was watching Double Score this weekend, and it had a bunch of GTO characters in it. Of course Takashi Sorimachi, but also Murio's mom, one of the first 2 students that sides with GTO, and Teshigawara are in it. It was really weird seeing so many of the same cast from GTO in a completely different setting.

i was wondering if they are going to come out with another season of GTO 2, since GTO was that so popular and making a comeback with 2 with definately be more interesting? any websites or news about it....and also is nanako going to come out with any new drama recently?

I thought the GTO movie was the ending to GTO overall...but if they pic it up from where the movie left off, then that would be interesting as long as Sorimachi and Nanako is in it _________________

Its been so long since GTO came out. They would have done a part 2 earlier if they had wanted to. Sorimachi's too old now to play the sukebe GTO. Still, they should have used the second half for the manga for a drama. One can only dream.... _________________ www.hamsapsukebe.blogspot.com

Yea, Sorimachi is old now.....That sucks...I don't think any1 can replace him for the GTO role. The 2nd half of the manga would be great for the second season of GTO But like you said Akiramike, one can only dream _________________

IMO they shouldn't do a season 2 anymore. It can only be disappointing.

I think it would be great if they came out with a boxed set of the original GTO and added commentary by Sorimachi, Nanako, etc. As popular as GTO was, they would probably sell a million copies!
