erm....i cant remember which episode... but i love the earlier episodes... when they realised how strong yankumi is... gokusen is definitely my all time favourite drama~! same goes for gokusen 2...which i think is a little bit better than part 1...

the anime for gokusen can be found on Boxtorrents, or at any video store that carries domestic anime releases (i.e. netflix, blockbuster, hollywood video) if you happen to be in the usa...if you aren't in the usa...BT is the only option i can give you unless you want to import the american dvds...which are really cheap and there are only 3 volumes (i think, i forgot) or you can get the japanese dvds...i'm not sure what those cost i forgot who the manga was being translated by, but you can search for it at manganews.net

i love all the funny parts in all the episodes... especially the one with the kid staying over at yankumis's house with jun. i laughed till i fell off the chair when yankumi turns around to see the kid and gangsters playing mahjong... EDIT Any idea where i can buy the manga series that are translated into mandarin?

In my opinion the 1st season was the best with jun plying the male main character. i read the manga before watching the series and nothing is mentioned about gokusen 2, so why should there be a third season? I wouldn't watch it anyway, the 2nd wasn't as funny as the first...

I agree, season 2 was mediocre, most of the more famous actors from 1 got bigger shows to do than to return to school.

i`m also agree, the first season is better than the second. Actually, i don`t have finish the second season but the only fact to think that Shin Sawada can be come back => ^^ stop! lol yume yume

I love every episodes especially when ist`s funny but also when Shin shows a little bit love or something like this to Yankumi ^^ ( you know when he is jealous lol with Shinohara-san). Or else, the last episode is superb... I`m sure, everybody cried when they watched Shin and his friends trying to stop Yankumi. Those words were so real...

huh... i didn't notice any romance going on with shin and yankumi?? was there? i thought shin likes yankumi and care about her but they were more like buddies? was shin ever jealous in any way?

I heard the Drama was a bit different from the Manga, if thats what your basing your statment on....

Hello... I am Chilean and I like much gokusen... it wanted to know what I can make to buy both series because ebbay don�Lt sell them. Exists some way to contact with yesasia or some other Japanese salesman without the problem of the "long distance between my country and the one of them"? The same it happens with Kat-Tun, because I want to have the musical and presentations... please help me... sorry if my English is bad, but is that I don�Lt speak it well. Somebody knows if they go to make one third part of gokusen? there wouldn�Lt be some form to request that they returned Sawada or like teacher or "loving of yankumi?

I think Sawada and Yankumi are very cute together too. But I doubt their love will ever develop in the series considering how the show is centered around the students' overcoming of hardships and that that would be too scandalous for the Japanese. But gosh what I wouldn't give to see them together. Bonk

As for purchasing Gokusen and Gokusen2 online. Maybe you could try checking back on eBay periodically since people sell them at different times. But I recommend that you trade or buy it off someone online in the trading forum.

Lol The bright yellow hurts my eyes. Anyway, at the end of Gokusen 2 did Yankumi mention Sawada Shin and how Sawada was interested in becoming a teacher? (Maybe I'm just hearing things). Anyway, that would be a great premise for Gokusen 3 if they were to ever make one. Yankumi going to work as a teacher and in comes a new one - Sawada Shin. Sadly, I doubt that will ever happen. _________________ Donna

There's going to be a Third Season? Wow... I don't know if it'll be as good. The second season was basically the same thing as the first one.. so the series is just starting to get reptitive. At least, in my opinion. Yeah.. I have to say, the first one was my favorite. Sawada <33 Jun <33 Haha.
