| pumpkin puff wrote: | Haha, yeah, but Britney has been popular worldwide for a good number of years, she was quite popular up until she released her self-titled album. The "sexy" route doesn't quite work since there are so many female stars in America who are just as sexy if not more. Yeah, I remember Spice Girls, but they were only popular for about a year here.
Anyways, as for who's to be blamed for Britney going bankrupt, I say it's really her fault. She's been a big spender since she became famous. The money goes out more than the money goes in, so the news of going bankrupt is eventual. And well, Kevin is a big spender as well. He doesn't make as much money and he buys the ugliest gangster clothes. His fashion is a big NO-NO! And as a mother, Britney should start dressing more like one... shouldn't be walking around the street in skanky transparent clothes and daisy shorts. |
i believe michael jackson is also facing financial problems. more outgoings than incomings. do you think when you earn so much very quickly you lose respect for money?

LOL! MJ is bankrupt. But still he refuses to give up Neverland Ranch. That guy has some issues he needs to resolve.
I agree with you that people get way into their heads and start taking things for granted because it's offered to them on a silver platter. Somehow, I see this happening more often to celebrities in America.

with britney though, i'm surprised her mother let her get into such a mess. i thought she had more influence or perhaps brit's being a rebel.

Nah I am not Asian. Maybe in my next lifetime I will be lucky enough to be born an Asian. Yes Richard Gere is a Tibetian Buddhist. I belong to a sect with its Head Temple at the base of Mt Fuji in Japan.
Here is a thread called "What ethnicity are ya? that will answer some of the who is Asian on this board and who is not question for you:

Wow! That's very interesting! I've always find it fascinating when nonAsians are engrossed with Asian things. How did you discover Japanese drama?

I would love to answer your question pumpkin puff but in another thread. How about the "Got something you wanna say" thread:

This way the Brittney Spears' lovers or haters can continue with their discussion here.
