Yay! So happy that we're back online!!! Dancing
And so I don't spam... *maybe she is, but can't think of anything else*

"A 'Demi' Kawaii vio-chan & ARASHI True Life Moment!" Mr Green
[ah, something seriously lacks w/o the yellow XD]

I was at Knott's Berry Farm (a cool theme park near my house) for my workplace's annual Family Fun Day. Get to go ride the rollercoasters, see the attractions, etc. and then a picnic buffet dinner catered by the park in the evening.

So at the picnic there was a face painter for the younger kids, and when I thought about it, regardless of my age...

"I really want to have the ARASHI kanji painted on my face!" Big Grin

So I went to go stand in a line of little children (who were all as tall as my waist XD) as this Asian girl who was probably in her 20s painted sparkles and feathers and scars on them. She looked at her cell phone and saw that the picnic was coming to an end and handed the little girls behind me a little placard that said, "Sorry, I'm last in line for face painting."

They weren't really in line though, so they gave it to me with this weird look on their faces. Sweat
But then another little girl came up and saw the sign and looked really disappointed. I asked her, "Did you really want to have your face painted?" and she repied, "Yeah..."

So I gave my spot to her... Sweat
I'll eventually paint the kanji on myself anyway (like this!), but only when I have a digital camera so I can share my STORM LOVIN' with everyone else. Bonk

I have a new question lol : does someone know where I could find the translation of the "Iza Now Live MC" or maybe someone knows if there are subtitles for it ?
(Well I don't even know if somebody even reads my posts Sweat )

Spikiegirl, if you can use clubbox you can get the soft sub file for it here

http://clubbox.co.kr/phasera
i'm sure she won't mind. it was done by 2 very nice peeps on the a_ra_shi livejournal community.

tell me if you can't use clubbox and i will gladly upload the sub file to megaupload or yousendit for you...

minna, i translated and subtitled a short arashi clip! it's the one where sho goes into his room and nino and ohno are in bed together and they spring apart embarrassed and sho runs off to tell jun.

http://www.livejournal.com/users/japanda_lations/9709.html?mode=reply

can download soft subs, hard subbed, megaupload or yousendit versions of it there hehe, douzo.

also, kinkitsuyo, hate to be a pain and ask too much, but could you scan the right side of the nino dress sho page of the outfit article from popolo? the only bit i'm missing now is a tiny bit down the right side... the question 1 box. That's all I have left to do before that page is all translated, hehe. Dancing

Oh really ? Thanks but unfortunately I can't use clubbox so if it doesn't bother you, I'll greatly appreciate that you upload it for me on yousendit Bow

Thanks a lot for your translation on the arashi clip, I've been wanted so much to know what they were saying since the first time I saw it

You are great w00t!

Are you asking for our favorite song ?

Well personally I fell in love with Arashi with the song Tomadoinagara which is very beautiful and the PV is great (just loooove MatsuJun's hair style in it lol) but in a different kind of music, I really love "Kotoba Yori Taisetsu Na Mono" & " Hadashi no Mirai", each time I hear those songs, I begin to dance Dancing

Hey everyone! I'm kinda new here but I hope I get to know all you fellow arashi fans! ^.^

I can't believe Jun's 22... it seems ages ago when he was 17 (thats when I first knew about them :p) So grown up!

I've recently got the new arashi album and I have to say it's the best one I think out of all their albums. My top 5 goes:

1. Subarashiki Sekai
2. Himitsu
3. Yumede iikara
4. Itsuka no Summer
5. Natsu no namae

So anyway talk to you all soon w00t!

what has happened while I was gone? the site has been down again right? Sweat

@Spikiegirl+kalayaan: hope I can butt in your 'loyal follower' discussion *thehe*
I can't really decide on ONE song, they have so many great songs. i have to agree with you Spiky, Hadashi no Mirai is one of my faves too. then there is right back to you, all the ohno solos of course
I guess it depends on the style you like, I love up beat songs like sakura sake more than ballades like Hitomi no naka no Galaxy
It just depends! Dancing

@yamete_evie: You know what, I watched this 24h tv clip some days ago and wanted to know what they were saying, i even thought of asking you or gs to translate it for me...^^ THIS IS SOOOOO GREAT THNX A LOT

yamete_evie: Thank you so much for the translations.

I'm just going to comment the same thing I did over at your journal.

One: I had a feeling the lady was asking Sho on his state of undress. XD The better for Sho-fans to enjoy.

Two: Why are they in SHO's futon of all places? hehe

Three: Jun sounds like a grumpy, jealous boyfriend rofl and Ohno has such a sheepish look on his face, both in the video and also in the interview studio.

Too bad, Nino wasn't at the studio. Can someone tell me why or where he was?

I can translate anything as long as it has Japanese subtitles, I'm not too good yet at translating just by ear. I'd be happy to have a go at translating anything as long as I've got the Japanese writing to help guide me Smile

Spikiegirl, here is the sub file for iza mc. It will play with the mc bit if you have that separate file. I have it if you don't so let me know. Mr Green

Yattaaaa, thank you so much yamete_evie, you are my savior !! Can I call you sempai ? lol ...... I'm doing too much maybe lol
I already have the video but thanks for offering.
That's great that you are able to translate the japanese writting but you shouldn't have said that, because now I'll bother you with translations hehe .... just joking don't be afraid lol ^^'

@ Ryoko : I agree that Sakura Sake is a great song, it's a shame that there's only a few performances of this song (I just have one performance in fact Puppy Dog Eyes ).
Oh and I have to add that I like the new surname you gave to me : Spiky lol (I'm often called Pisky, Spouky but it's my first time as Spiky rofl ..... ok I just shut up :s lol)

I agree, it's 10x easier when you have the japanese text to help on things you couldnt quite make out by ear! Congrats on the translation!
