dude you are a light weight. i'm 165lbs...5'11"

i ran this race and after they had these booths, one of which they measured your bodyfat, Body Mass Index...

my body fat decreased ever since running, and i am in the best shape of my life, my current body fat is 12.3%, and my goal is to get it to 11 or 10 percent body fat.

My best body fat to weight ratio was 8%. That was 3 years ago.

Who knows what all that beer did to me now?! Beaten Beaten Beaten

damn, my body fat ten years ago or so, must have been closer to 15 or maybe 16%, now in my 30's i am in the best shape, and run a lot, and eat a little better, but once in a while a good beer or sake is not a bad idea... Bonk

I may probably finish that bottle of Iichiko tonight for you as well. hehe

Idk if you can find a place up in Cali that serves the beer we had here. Probably can, somewhere up there.
Kirin on tap/draft. Great stuff!
Extremely good when they freeze the glass on standby.

Actually dochira, scratch that. I had 6 Kirins and am on my 2nd glass of Iichiko. All for you homey! Drunk

like dark coffee, dark beer is a bit more bitter, but good stuff.
also sometimes hard alcohol is not bad, like shochu, but i think Suntory Whisky would be good, but water as a chaser would help....For Relaxing Times, Make it suntory times....i just had to say that by the way... hehe hehe
