Actually, her hair is pretty much dark brown/jet black.

Funny you should ask! I work in DSL maintenance, so there are lots of rumors. Unfortunately, ever since SBC took over from PacBell, the people from Texas are incredibly cheap, so they're probably looking for the cheapest way to get it done.

FYI, if you'rre in California and have trouble with your DSL, the best number to call is 888-322-5274(option2) from 8a.m. to 9p.m. pacific time. If you the 877# there is about a 99% chance you will be talking to someon in India

been there and done that...i've spoken to several indian men and woman....you can tell by the accent as well the British English, not the English that we speak here in the Colonies. hehe
