Looking at a dream house. I received this stuff in a email. I couldn't even pay the monthly taxes. If someone buys this thing and is looking for a roommate or someone to mow the lawn, PM me.

Who could afford it?
My guess: It's going to be acquire by someone, not as a their house, but just something to spend the weekend at. Like a movie star, a CEO of a big company, a drug lord, the $340 Million Powerball Winner or ahochaude.

I think the monthly fee is the HOA. I'm afraid to find out what the mortgage is, let alone trying to figure out how to come up with the property tax (if HI has one). If it's like CA, it'll be ~1%, or $95K/year. That's two or three cars a year.
