I just noticed that I was the first one to vote for her.
I don't understand why. She's a relatively good actress, and she's strikingly beautiful too.
I first saw her in Friends, and to be honest, she looked a little old. But then I saw her in Konna Koi no Hanashi and I couldn't keep my eyes off of her . She's been in the dorama scene for a really long time now, so why is my vote the first?

Toda Naho is probably one of the most underrated actresses from Japan IMO. She has been pretty much stuck playing supporting roles (like Akiko Yada before she did My Little Chef, but Akiko started acting when she was 16). I noticed her back when Heaven's Coins 2 was shown on TV, and in that drama although she was only a supporting actress, she had way much more depth of character than Sakai Noriko did.
I know Toda Naho moved on to stage plays some time ago.
I wouldn't mind voting for her, but I don't really see the point actually.
Yes.. I agree with you ppl. It seems like she's such an underrated actress. I find her very pretty. But it seems so hard to find any info or pictures of her on the net.

I've seen her in alot of drama's. Very good actress. I never knew she use to go out with Yankees Hideki Matsui. I agree she is very pretty.
Did she really??? I didn't know that. As ugly as Matsui is, he should do whatever he can to keep her. But then again, he never has been very good with the glove.

Probably because she usually plays supporting roles, I can't ever recall her being the lead. She was very prominent in Shomuni but other than that, usually in the supporting cast. Btw, she is in one episode of Rikon Bengoshi and she was excellent!!

Well, guys, looks like we missed out on another one:
Naho Toda to marry doctor
The management agency of actress Naho Toda (35) has informed the media that she is now engaged. Her fiance is a 35-year-old doctor working at a Tokyo hospital.
Toda and the doctor met through a friend last July, though they didn't start seriously dating until two months later. It is said that the doctor proposed to Toda on Christmas Eve. No date has been set yet for the marriage or the wedding ceremony, but the couple is considering getting married by the end of this year.

Naho Toda expecting 1st child
August 9, 2011
Actress Toda Naho is currently four months pregnant with her first child, and she is expected to give birth in late January 2012. Toda got married to a doctor in October of last year.
According to her management agency Horipro, she has not been experiencing much morning sickness, so filming for her television drama is going smoothly. She will be focused on filming until the end of this month. After that, she plans to continue her work, including narration for a television show, while carefully watching her health. The agency also said she plans to return to work after the child is born, depending on her health.
