I loved the Harry Potter reference! I'm still really hoping that they'll show the other, dorkier side of Domyoji cuz that really balances him out and keeps him from getting to be too scary.
And kkl- I totally agree, it IS a bit weird.

I might be reading far too much into this, but did anyone else notice that they dressed the pairs up in opposite colors at the party? Like Rui was wearing white, and Shizuka was wearing black and then Domyoji was wearing black (or dark blue) and by the end Tsukishi is wearing white.
The ending was great, she can totally use that "I tripped and fell on his lips!" excuse- becuase in her case it's actually true!

waahhhhh....juzz finished watchn epi 2!!!! myyy gosshhh...this is def. one of mah fave epi!! they're r soooo HOTT!!! tsukasa & rui!!! i like the way jun walkd when they enterd the room...sexy...and shun is like a knight in shining armor that will rescue u everytime ur trouble...waahh...reg.d position...hahaa...i was like...what da.....how did...OKAYYYY....hahhhaa....

i dont mean to sound like a total b*tch but can yall please use spoiler tags?? im hella waiting until SARS subbed the 2nd episode and yall ranting like we dont mind..

You can get them in d-addicts through the soft subs... ^^ that's what I did. You're talking about the 1st episode right? XDDD The subs for the second one ain't out yet since it just came out

yeah we were asked to do that so for now on I'll use spoiler tags if I say stuff like that.

I watched the first episode!
I was extremely impressed by the wonderful scenes and settings!
Inoue Mao-chan playing Tsukushi was just what Tsukushi should be. She was just saiko!
And, the solitude and emptiness expressed in the eyes of Matsumoto Jun-kun, who played Domyoji, was just superb. Those eyes were exactly what I wanted to portray.
The scene of the attempted rape of Tsukushi made me cry with her, forgetting that I was the author. (I�fm sorry, I�fve written a really cruel story.)
The way Oguri-kun murmured as if he let drop the words as Rui later in this scene made me feel, �gOh, this might be how Rui would speak really�c..�h
The facial expressions of Matsuda-kun as Nishikado and Abe-kun as Mimasaka with their �guh-oh�h whenever they see Domyoji�fs rampage were creating a nice feeling of the bond of friends from childhood, who are fed up with it but still can�ft leave it lay!
In front of the TV screen, I was also freaked out by Kaga Mariko-san as the overwhelming mother of Domyoji.
I am really grateful that Hana Yori Dango is being coloured by all these marvellous casts. Thank you very much.
It�fs like my daughter (this piece of work,) who has flown the nest, comes back as a grown-up and says to me, �gHey, come along! Ganbari nasai!�h
This drama has made me resume my spirits.
I hope from the heart that the viewers are sharing my feelings.
I got the scripts for the upcoming episodes, and I�fm so excited reading them, as the lines of Domyoji describing his purity and silliness are so cute, and those of Tsukushi and F3 feeding him are so funny!
I�fm really happy to have such excellent script writers.
The script is so enjoyable that both the author and the fans of the original would go, �gI see, that�fs how you express it! Sugoiiiii!�h I can�ft wait to see how they will be performed by the actors and actresses.
I wish all staffs and casts good health through this long-term project.

omg i almost cried reading the LETTER... oh man, hana yori dango is turning out even better than i had expected, and i had pretty high expectations.....
im rewatching parts of epi2 again now while eating lunch and i just had to say.... (i hope its ok that i just use really tiny tiny font for spoilers...)
jun's hurt expression... oh my gosh he does it all too well!! and shun's quiet self in the airport... and when jun's trying to save face in front of everybody in the school when the stuff gets on his shoe and so he orders her to lick it ?? but he felt bad for them picking on her so he told them all to stop... omg domyouji, you're such a sweetheart inside.... and he will only get sweeter... wahhhh i feel so sad that rui beat him to her aid at the party though...... and then jun's hurt face... wahh ill comfort you! hehehe.... (oh but the runway-type walk... haha!) silly crazy temperamental domyouji... you are tooo sexy beyond words... im so jealous of that girl, gahhhhhhhhhhhhh, soooo jealous beyond belief! ooooooh and another funny thing was the way he jumps out of his chair every time he jumps out of it, like at the party... its so funny.... hehe jun... ur superb! _________________
